Return window

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items must be returned in their original condition with all packaging materials, accessories, and documentation included.

How to return an item

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@zyntrallc.com or 251-332-0708 to initiate a return
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We will provide you with a return authorization number and shipping instructions
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship the item to the address provided by our team

Return conditions

Items must meet the following conditions to be accepted for return:

  • Item is in new, unused condition
  • Original packaging is intact and undamaged
  • All accessories and documentation are included
  • Return is initiated within 30 days of purchase
  • Valid proof of purchase is provided

Defective or damaged items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@zyntrallc.com. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Please include photos of the damage or defect when contacting us.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.

Processing time

Once we receive your returned item, please allow 5-7 business days for inspection and processing. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
