At Zyntra LLC, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Refund eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • Item must be in the original packaging
  • Request must be made within 30 days of purchase
  • Proof of purchase or receipt must be provided

Non-refundable items

The following items cannot be refunded:

  • Items that show signs of use or wear
  • Items with damaged or missing packaging
  • Items purchased on clearance or final sale
  • Digital products or downloadable software

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original method of payment.

Shipping costs

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
